Cancellation Policy
Coaching is a service that promotes expanded self-awareness. It aims to support self-directed positive actions and behaviors that result in a desired change in an individual's life. I will facilitate the above with my coaching skills, tools, and techniques. Our coaching sessions are completely non-judgmental and confidential. It is agreed that all and every choice and decision made by you as a result of your coaching sessions is solely your responsibility. I will not at any time seek to impose my views overtly or otherwise and will not instruct nor direct you to take any actions. I may offer suggestions or options from time to time that will be in line with your options on the understanding that you will only follow through with them if you can take ownership of them. The client understands that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical, or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters. We, the coach and client, will agree on the number of sessions to support you in working on your objectives. You will always have the right and responsibility to determine the end of the coaching relationship. I also maintain the right to end the coaching relationship should I determine that it is no longer professional or safe to continue. The client agrees to pay for the coaching session before or within 24 hours of the date of the agreed session. The coach reserves the right to bill the client for a missed session. The client agrees that it is the client's responsibility to notify the coach at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session if the client cannot make the session. The coach will wait for 15 minutes before the client is noted as not turning up for a session. We are bound by constitutional laws that require knowledge of any unlawful activity to be reported to the relevant authorities and include the danger of harm to self or others. All written information related to your sessions, including your contact details, are covered by the guidelines issued by the Data Protection Agency and are compliant with the new GDPR regulations enforced by the EU from May 25th 2018.
